Job Description: EA - Publishing
What is the role about?
The role is for an Operations Executive focused on managing and responding to client requests
received via Freshdesk, a customer support software that handles tickets. The primary
responsibility is to ensure that client requests are handled accurately and promptly, particularly
regarding the accuracy and quality of location data used on various platforms, including an SI
platform and by publishers.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring that location data is accurate across all publisher platforms.
Maintaining the Turnaround Time (TAT) for responding to client requests, providing
proper resolutions within the defined timelines.
Raising any issues or concerns with internal teams, sales, or customer service (CS)
teams in a timely manner.
Regularly following up with clients and third parties to resolve any issues.
Who we are looking for: -
Graduate from a reputable institution.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in any kind of Customer Support operations
preferably including data-entry. Also open to meritorious candidates with no
experience.
Experience in a SaaS (Software as a Service) business is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with analytical abilities, are
crucial.
Flexibility to work long hours and be available on weekends if necessary.
