Role & Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for paid hyperlocal campaigns on our
proprietary platform
Develop client relationships to ensure long-term success of the business and lead initiatives to
drive client engagement
Act as the primary SPOC for clients and manage client lifecycle from onboarding to billing and
collection
Own regular client review rhythms
Work closely with Operations, Technology and other business functions to ensure delivery and
customer success
Gather, report and communicate clients’ feedback on service, technology and product delivery
What we require:
● Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed institute
● Master’s degree will be an added advantage
● 7-10 years of work experience in digital advertising ecosystem and client management, with
focus on Search & Social
● Good contacts in marketing ecosystem of large brands
● Understanding of SEM, Google Analytics, Google AdWords and Meta Ad products
● Excellent Data Analysis, Interpretation & Presentation Skills
● Problem solving and negotiation skills
● Excellent communication and relationship building skills
● Proficiency in MS Word & MS PowerPoint
● An excellent team player
