Role Description

We see your responsibilities:

• Understanding and implementing of project management practices
• Managing and delivery of projects from conceptualization, visualization to technology mapping and final execution of projects
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
• Provide leadership and Mentor team of developers and designers
• Keep up-to date with existing technology. Review/Improve upon current processes/methodologies
• Planning and allocating work to the team.
• Monitoring development activities and reporting project progress
• Improve the technical competence of the team through training & development of existing and new team members.
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
• Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members

What we require:

• Excellent knowledge in MVC & LAMP.
• Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience working in a team development setting, using source code controls and tools
• Experience working with third-party APIs.
• Developing and/or designing large web systems
• B-Tech / Computer Science / IT (top collages preferred)
