About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer who can think beyond screens and contribute to building meaningful, scalable digital products.
The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking, UX, visual design, and user research with a practical understanding of how digital products are built. You should be comfortable working closely with Product Managers and Engineers, translating complex problems into simple experiences, and taking a product from discovery through design and implementation.
We are particularly looking for someone with strong B2B SaaS product experience, a good understanding of AI-powered product experiences, and an interest in using code and AI-assisted tools for rapid prototyping.
Key Responsibilities
- Product & UX Design
- Own design problems from discovery and research to final UI and implementation.
- Understand user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints before proposing solutions.
- Apply strong product thinking and problem-solving to identify and solve meaningful user problems.
- Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design intuitive experiences for complex B2B SaaS workflows.
- Simplify complex data, processes, and functionality into clear and user-friendly experiences.
- Design experiences for AI-powered features, including AI-assisted workflows, automation, recommendations, and conversational interfaces.
Design Systems
- Work with and contribute to scalable design systems and component libraries.
- Create and maintain consistent components, patterns, states, and variants across products.
- Understand how design components translate into reusable front-end components.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design systems are implemented accurately and consistently.
Design + Development Collaboration
- Work closely with front-end developers to understand technical feasibility and implementation constraints.
- Have a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and React Native.
- Understand how front-end components, states, variants, and responsive behaviour work.
- Be comfortable reviewing implemented designs and identifying UI/UX gaps during development.
- Have hands-on experience with vibe coding / AI-assisted coding / code-based prototyping.
- Use AI and coding tools to rapidly explore, prototype, and validate product ideas.
Required Skills & Experience
Must Have
- 2–3 years of experience in Product Design / UI/UX Design.
- Strong experience designing B2B SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of product thinking, UX principles, interaction design, and visual design.
- Good understanding of user research and usability testing.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of design systems, components, variants, states, and responsive design.
- Basic knowledge of front-end development.
- Understanding of how components and design systems are implemented in React.
- Basic knowledge of React Native and mobile application design concepts.
- Hands-on experience with vibe coding, AI-assisted coding, or code-based prototyping.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
- Experience designing AI-powered or AI-first product experiences.
- Experience working with complex B2B workflows, dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, or enterprise products.
- Understanding of APIs, data structures, front-end states, or technical product constraints.
- Experience contributing to or building a design system from the ground up.
- Experience using AI tools for design exploration, prototyping, research, or product development.
